P's Quilt Completed

I started referring to this quilt as P's quilt since that is the initial for my daughter who I made this for so therefor that is the name of it. If you remember my previous post I was inspired by this quilt.



I am soooo happy with this quilt. The Micheal Miller dots just make me happy and I love this color combo. Seriously Micheal Miller makes the best dots!



The quilt measures 40 x 59" bigger than I was originally going to make it but then the log cabin blocks had a mind of their own once I started making them. The back is a print by Pillow and Maxfield by Michael Miller, Whimsy Fabric Set in Pink. I used alot of this line for this quilt but also threw in a bunch of other random prints.



The Micheal Miller Dot and the binding which is Summer Soiree by Paula Prass are the 2 fabrics that I sent to my mom to make the bumper pads out of. Pictures of that to come.



Nothing makes me happier then getting a quilt all done and loving it!



I will post the measurements for this quilt in my next post since I promised you all that I would. Also I will get some pictures up of the girls room all done, but I am waiting on an art project from my mom to arrive in the mail before the room is all done.
