It is finally complete! Penelope's bedroom looks awesome! Now all of us have a quilt that I have made for our beds. I love Park Slope by Erin McMorris, as if you didn't know that already.

We got the new bed set this weekend and I made a spiderweb pillow last week to go along with the pillow I received from
Sheetal along with large king pillow sham.

The spiderweb pillow is 20" and I finally made one for me after making one for
Amy.

The wood letters above her bed my mom & sister made when I was pregnant and I want to keep them but they do seem alittle small. I will have to think of something to go there.

Here is a quick picture of Gwen's room. Seriously so happy that both my girls have gorgeous quilts. I have used my 2 favorite lines ever for their beds too.

Hopefully it won't be another long time before I blog again. Thanks for sticking with me!

absolutely fantastic..and what cheerful rooms....
you could always hang her name from the end of the bed :)
Absolutely stunning!
Looks wonderful! How about mounting some pieced fabric on a canvas and put her name letters on it? Would help to fill in some space :)
Absolutely gorgeous, love the mix of colours :o)
Oh my, both rooms are just so pretty. Your girls must be thrilled!
Beautiful! How big are your squares?
Wow, what a beautiful room. Lucky girls! The pillows are the perfect touch.
They both look great! If you framed the letters it could give ten mee presence in the room possibly.
Ooohhh wow! What absolutely lovely rooms!!
I wish I could live in there too ;0)
Wow - that's a beautifully covered bed. Love the rich colours you have used!

Your girls' rooms look awesome Darci! Well done!
Very thoughtful of you mama--those girls will be able to pass on their quilts to their kids hopefully!
Maybe I'm missing it, but did you name the pattern on the bed? Id love to know the pattern! Thanks!!
they are both fabulous! you should be very proud.
Just beautiful! I'd be so proud!
Gorgeous!!!
As for the wood letters, I would frame a favorite print and then put the letters on top of that. That way they're anchored and aren't floating on the wall. Make sense?
Such darling quilts and bedrooms!
both rooms are amazing!
I love park slope! Such a fabulous bedroom. (both, actually) So inspiring!
I have looking for a quilt to make my granddaughter. I like your quilt what size blocks are these.
I just saw your quilt that was posted by someone else & think it is gorgeous. What pattern did you use for it>
Fantastic and beautiful quilts. I was super excited to see the second one, as I'm currently working on quilts for my 2 girls 'to be finished soon' bedrooms with built-in twin beds kind of similar to the bunk bed you have here. (Ie-don't currently have a twin size to test on!) Can you tell me what size you made the quilt? I was trying to figure out how wide to make it. I figured there isn't much room along the wall side, and I don't want too much overhang as ours will have a drawer/trundle under the main mattress (but would like them to stay covered at night!) Thanks!
