Going on a fabric hiatus

One last stop at the store because I just wanted to see if they had It's a Hoot by Moda. I have been dying to see it in person. Well they had it sooooo......

Fabric overload

I know terrible. I need to hide my money so I can't spend it or I just need to stay away from the stores.

New fabrics

I have to stop. Seriously. I want and need to spend the money on fixing up the new house. I am thinking quilt stores are the devil. They need to stop beckoning me to come inside. Because seriously I really really want to have the money to paint, buy new light fixtures, furniture, my sewing room has nothing so far I will be sewing on the floor, and all that fun stuff to make a house a home.

My new Cal King Quilt fabric

I was getting so depressed starring at my unmade bed that had no quilt or bedspread on it ( remember the tragic ending to my previous King quilt?) so I figured out what I wanted and these are some of my coveted fabrics, Heather Bailey's Pop Garden & Bijoux and Amy Butlers Daisy Chain. I will be adding white and I think I will do squares within squares, bento box or log cabins. I have plenty of time to decide since my sewing room won't be ready for a couple of months, but these fabric make me cheery. Now just to find the right color of green to paint the walls in my room.

My new Cal King Quilt Fabric

I needed to start the year off right. These fabrics make me happy and that is what I needed and not to be reminded of the quilt that was stolen/lost from me. If anyone has some Amy Butler Daisy Chain or Heather Bailey Pop Garden or Bijoux they would love to part with let me know since I would love more for the quilt.
